    Certain diseases cerainly can be hopeless - me too. Sometims people don't like to hear that because it's "negative," but sometimes that's the reality.

    At the same time, while you can be hopeless about a particular thing - for example, I'm pretty hopeless about ever visiting Mars, lol - that doesn't abolish faith.
