A curse or the blessing?

I just returned from the gathering of people with disabilities , so my impressions are very fresh - I'm glad to witness the power of choice to be happy, to enjoy each minute we have   here and now. While complaining for the lack of relationship, alienation and alike, we may be right, yet while saying hello! we can embrace the dream and see the smile too. It's our right to choose.
So we concluded that our disability wasn't a curse, but the blessing that enabled us not only to grasp the power of choice mentally, but experience the results of the choice to be the Children of the Light practically too.

empathy colors

The photo empathy colors portray art therapy club "Modus Vivendi" at work. What's observable here will become clear as we name the artist.
I was put under a charm while viewing the colors under the brush. I think it wouldn't be hard to all artists to identify themselves with the hand that holds the paintbrush in the photo on above . Familiar mood, isn't it?
Our colors may differ between yet all palettes sparkle with empathy colors that turn into the artworks.
It's just hard to name the women in the photo the disabler. That would sound offensively... and would distort the picture.  Members of  Modus Vivendi club never address each other such way.
Unfortunately such labeling exist in our reality. Modus Vivendi is the club for people with the psychiatric disorders. If  it's so, then the colors should be dark - accidental and mindless, but look at the photo once again.  Do you see here any except the love?

cost of eyesight

I have reminded a squirrel today. We have met not in a forest but at a moment I glimpsed at one of showcases of the town center. It was running inside a wheel that was twirling round. The squirrel was too busy for to waste her time to welcomes ... to tell the truth, I too was in a hurry then.

The daily round wheel out the same picture today too, but my situation has changed drastically.

I got a trauma ... I am sick and jobless now, but my current problems opened a window towards the new life. Have a look:

My disability helped me to test my values, changed the midset - opened my eyes to the eternities. Thus I am rejoicing not at my plans to do something, but the breathing. The recognition of my dependance on other for the survival humbles, my impotency to rely on myself calms down my ambitions, but not a smile : the hardships fire up the gratitude that exchanges all worries for self to the comprehension of the beauty that wasnt appreciated in full when I met with the squirrel in town center once upon a time.

by the way, have a look at the first response to the "cost of eyesight" . That's the "broken code" on the blog Colourrain

Birthday party

The artists may put down they instruments, but can't cease to remain the people. The artwork is not the drawing but the way of living.

This shot was taken during the birthday party of Skirmantas. You see him sitting while all his friends are standing around and singing Happy year to him.
Usually, Skirmantas never sits waiting to be served by other, but cheerfully welcomes everyone who enter the hospital for the people with psychiatric disorders. Skirmantas gifts something to everyone whom he meets with. Thus his siting at the moment is the exceptional event. He burns with the desire to serve other prior hearing the ask for the help.

The table was served humbly, but everyone has found there something delicious - either a sweet, or a mandarin- everyone could taste the love there.
The little room was unable to fit all who have wished to say thank you to Skirmantas.
While welcoming Skirmantas we celebrated a joy to live. What's interesting, these who welcomed the most hearty had the least to share with other. The poor hadn't any things, but they hearts were widely opened.

Dear Skirmantas WE ALL LOVE YOU. Your optimism makes our hardships much easier to endure in the modern world where just the material goods have value that plants just fear to lose everything.
Live long and be happy dear Skirmantas. You are the last Mohican and your existence keeps the love alive. You make us want to live, dear Skirmantas. Thank you in name of all who has nothing to lose, except the love.
Dear Skirmantas, we wish you the best.

one must meet oneself

The author of this picture is a woman with the shining eyes. Her heart is full of love ... you see that for yourself. Thus you may be surprised, why did I not name her?
The logical question made the colors of the applique above sparkle with double strength. The world dont doubt in the righteousness of his judgment and call people with psychiatric disorders the fools - scoff at them. The world fleers at oneself by doing thus, but the Modus Vivendi artists meet dark clouds with the palettes full of paints of trust in love.
I heartily invite you to open the heavy door of the hospital for the people with psychiatric disorders and welcome the people there - lets look at oneself and listen to the heart.

discovery of self

It was said “We are what we talk” and the ages didn’t change a jot there.
The grasp of the above gives some light to the black font color of the letters below- allows me to hope you will browse through the text till end. Thank you

People with disabilities, are dependant on the action of others. It’s no wonder the disabled focus on the actions of others – deal with the reality which is completely outside of their control. The last doubles their impotence and the situation becomes worse than it was prior grasping the truth.

While talking about disability, we see that a sense of personal needlessness describes the palette of emotions we deal with. This picture doesn’t attract and therefore most people turn aside from these who are looking at them from the windows of the hospital for patients with psychiatric disorders. The darkness doubles over the world of the sick and the air becomes thick there… However, as I opened the heavy gates into the world of not-right-minded, I was heartily welcomed by them.

These notes have depicted the background of the miracles.
The conception of the personal dependence on the grace of other on every single step we make blossoms out with THANK YOU that uplifts. The gratitude we share with other returns the smile to the eyes.
The understanding of personal dependence on other is not a curse, but the blessing that humbles. That’s the divine healing that changes the complaints for what we have not into the heartily thank you for all we have.
While talking with the wall I was surrounded by multitude of things that were of no use to me, but I hear ‘Hi!’ now.
Is it not a miracle?
I am the disabled, but I don’t beg for anything, but heartily welcome you…

Let me share with you a story now. It has happened not in some back-country, not somewhere, but on a web – thus my news will be not the local but the global – worthy your attention indeed. “Go! Smell the flowers” has announced the contest – asked the bloggers, what is “well being”? The winner became Norski . He came up with:
‘Just being alive is well-being, in a way, consider the alternative. Well-being may be defined as being content with what is, not fretting over what could be, or what is not.’
